Throughout the performance, the coach appears with bubbles in the background, some having toys in them, along with a big pink heart-shaped balloon occasionally beating as if it were an actual heart. The background appears in multiple colors, mostly blue, purple, and pink, although it is also seen in black. The dance takes place on a big platform in a bright set. Super Bass also has a Battle between Love You Like A Love Song that is marked with a 3 difficulty rating, though it is locked until a user lands on it in the Wheel of Gifts. Additionally, Super Bass has a Wii U rendition exclusive Puppet Master, though it is locked until a user lands on it in the Wheel of Gifts. In Just Dance 4, Super Bass has a mashup marked with a 2 difficulty rating, though it is not included in the Wii and Xbox 360 renditions and is locked until a user lands on it in the Wheel of Gifts in the PlayStation 3 and Wii U renditions. It originally had no effort rating, though it has since been given a Low effort rating. In the series, it was originally marked with a 3 difficulty rating, though it has switched to a Medium difficulty rating.
